Our two six-over-six half-web presses include inline finishing capabilities that deliver a perfed, folded, die-cut, glued and dry-gummed piece in a single operation. Four 40" Heidelberg sheetfed presses complete the set-two 8-plus coaters (one with UV capabilities), one 7-plus coater and a 4-color perfector.
Thirty-plus prepress technicians at eighteen workstations in 24/7 production let us crunch the largest of projects with ease. Our forty-year history of fine color scanning and correction continues today with a dedicated color management department.
Our in-house bindery operation is second to none in the region:
- a Heidelberg System 6 fully-automated cutting system
- two saddle-stitchers
- one Bobst and three Kluge's for die cutting
- foil stamping and embossing
- a pocket-folder/box gluer
- perfect binder
- wafer sealer
- spot tape and fugitive glue applicators
- an array of folders
Most projects we touch can be completed with no reliance on outside vendors.
